AlivePD has been proven to help people lower their blood glucose and lose weight by eating better and being more active.
Wait! How does this program work?
Every week, we email you and suggest goals to choose from, based on your own habits.
Every week, you are expected to:
- Choose at least one eating and one activity goal.
- Read two short Health Notes, and do their quizzes.
- Record your weight and your activity level.
In addition, we hope you will:
- Send and receive supportive messages from other people in the program.
- Get tips and tools to coach you.
- Access a real live coach - when you want it.
How long is the program?
- Enrollment takes about 25 minutes. We need info on your eating and exercise habits, to plan a program just for you.
- You can stop in the middle and then come back to it if you don't have 25 minutes right now.
- This is a one-year program. Emails once a week for 6 months, then every other week.
